OURLIEU WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Please read our full terms and conditions to familiarize your self with all of our policies and procedures

 

By placing an order with Ourlieu, you agree as a retailer to accept and be bound by Ourlieu’s policies and terms and conditions current at the time of placing the order.

 

ORDERING

Ourlieu issues seasonal collections - Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.

The first order a retailer places for products in a seasonal collection must be a minimum of 5 styles and over.

Ourlieu will not process orders or hold stock for any existing stockist who has an outstanding account.

Orders during the same season after a seasonal order (top up orders) must be for a total minimum value of $100 including GST.

 

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

Once a proforma invoice has been issued to a stockist, the stockist has Seven days to make payment. During this time, Ourlieu will hold the stock to complete the proforma order. If, after five working days the stockist has not made payment, or made a deposit of 50% to hold the stock, this stock will then be made available to other retailers.

Orders will be accepted but stock WILL NOT be reserved for any current outlets with outstanding accounts. All previous season accounts must be paid in full before a new season’s order can be processed.  This rule applies without exception.

Final Payment is due seven days after Balance invoice has been issued.

Ourlieu accepts Visa and MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard incur a 1% credit card surcharge.

All cheques should be made out to Ourlieu

Direct Deposit is available and preferred; please include the invoice number so your payment can be found easily in our account.

To expedite the processing of and delivery of your order, we recommend supplying credit card details and charge authority when you place your order.

 

PRICES

All prices are exclusive of GST and are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) all prices are subject to change without notice, all sale and promotional prices are valid for the specified amount of time or until stock lasts (whichever occurs first)

Please note that Ourlieu reserves the right to issue a second invoice to cover any further cost that may be incurred by Ourlieu at the time of shipping. 

 

ORDER  CANCELLATIONS

Your order is binding on you once it is placed with us. Any changes to the order, and any cancellations, must be made within seven days after the date of the order.

In the event of wanting to cancel an order from Ourlieu please contact us on 03 5983 5918. Cancelation can only be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch, please note that if you want to cancel an order a 15% cancelation fee applies to cover any costs payable to 3rd parties and the time we spend in processing and picking your order.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY OURLIEU

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if:

  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
  • Our inventory system is incorrect and shows incorrect quantities of stock at the time of purchase.

 (If we do cancel your order for the above reasons we will contact you via email and offer two alternatives options: select an alternative product at equal value, or receive a refund equal to the unfulfilled portion of your order)

  • We have reason to believe that the credit card details entered by you at the time of purchase were fraudulently obtained, or declared stolen prior to our dispatch of your order.
  • Failure to pay or organise payment schedule, of an invoice by the due date, which could result in the loss of your deposit.

 

DELIVERY

A flat rate per kilo will be applied to your initial order when possible but as stated previously this maybe adjusted on your invoice once complete order ready to be shipped

Once an order has been finalized, packed and shipped you will be notified and sent tracking numbers for your parcels. Once a order has been shipped Ourlieu reserves the right to issue a second invoice for any further shipping costs incurred by us upon which you will have a 7 day account. 

We use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post for delivery of our items dependent on the size and nature of items ordered. If by any fault of your own your parcel is returned to us you will need to cover the costs of return freight back out to you. This may be for example but not limited to.  A incorrect delivery address.  Failure to collect goods upon notification of delivery or calling card

 

ABANDONED GOODS

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch goods for which payment has been received for more then 30 days, the items will be deemed abandoned. In which event, you agree that Ourlieu is released from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase. Reasons whereby items will be deemed abandoned may include: an incorrect delivery address has been provided- legitimate additional shipping charges have not been paid by the purchaser despite our email request.

 

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Ourlieu will endeavor to replace any item purchased that has been deemed faulty if we are unable to replace faulty products then a credit note will be issued.  Credit or replacement will inly be issued for items purchased directly from Ourlieu and must have prior authorisation.

Ourlieu must be notified of intent to return any goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the wholesale customer. Please contact us on (03) 5983 5918 or hello@ourlieu.com

Procedure for lodging a claim:

Email to hello@ourlieu.com, the:

  • Store name.
  • Order number/ invoice number.
  • Description of your reason for wanting to return the product, 
  • Photograph included in the email for assessment purposes.

Credit will be issued for goods and any costs to the wholesale customer in the return of faulty products

 

EXCLUSIVITY

Whilst we endeavour to provide exclusivity and stay loyal to our customers, preference will always be given to wholesale accounts with a larger spend

If you do not place an order within four weeks of the release of the season’s look book and order form, then we reserve the right to approach and/or sell to another retail outlet in your area.

 

INSERTS

Ourlieu do not offer inserts. We have suggested some great suppliers that make all the required sizes

Innergreen: Their inserts are made from recycled plastic bottles, freight is very reasonable, and they ship all over Aust.  You can contact Tristan at info@innergreen.com.au

Easy Rest: Their inserts are really full, they offer poly and feather, and have free delivery within VIC.

Ourlieu reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. All sales are deemed subject to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the shipment.
